<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen method (TSP) manufacturing method is provided to improve visibility by forming a bridge electrode and a touch panel electrode into a hybrid electrode. CONSTITUTION: A substrate which includes a wiring area on a cell area and around the cell area is prepared. Bridge electrodes which are arranged on the substrate of the cell area at a constant interval are formed. An insulating layer is formed on the substrate in which the bridge electrodes are formed. Contact holes which expose both ends of the bridge electrodes are formed by patterning the insulating layer. X-shaft electrodes (400) which are extended to a first direction and Y-shaft electrodes which fill the contract holes and are extended to a second direction perpendicular to the first direction are formed between the contact holes which are separately faced. Metal bridge electrodes (422,424), the X-shaft electrodes, and the Y-shaft electrodes are formed into a hybrid electrode.</p> |
