<p>PURPOSE: A device for correcting the distortion of an oblong plate for manufacturing a standard metal plate is provided to set the horizontality of the metal plate by using a correction reference point fixing unit and a correcting unit after simultaneously fixing both the distorted metal plate with lateral end fixing units. CONSTITUTION: A device for correcting the distortion of an oblong plate for manufacturing a standard metal plate includes left and right end fixing units forming protrusion units on both sides of a sliding support (11); and a slider (10) in which sliding grooves of the structure corresponding to the protrusion units are formed. A tap plate forming tap holes is fixed to the top of the slider. The tap plate is fixed to the top of the sliding support. An adjusting handle is joined to the tap holes formed on the tap plate. The lower part of the slider is supported by a base and joins the front end of an operation rod of a hydraulic cylinder and the outer base.</p> |
