PURPOSE: A porous PTFE separation film, a manufacturing method thereof and a paste composition for manufacturing the same are provided to hold the rising of fabrication costs and easily increase the porosity of the PTFE separation film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a porous PTFE separation film comprises: a step (S10) which manufactures paste by mixing polytetrafluoroethylene powder, liquid lubricant and foaming agents of 50-100 nm; a step (S11) which manufactures a preform by compressing the paste; a step (S12) which manufactures extruded products by extruding the perform; a step (S13) which performs the calendaring of the extruded product into a sheet shape; a step (S14) which removes liquid lubricants by heating the sheet; a step (S15) which extends the sheet in which liquid lubricant is removed; and a step which plasticizes the extended sheet (S16).
