PURPOSE: A connecting member and a connecting structure are provided to prevent the inflow of water caused by external water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A connecting member connects a first member to a second member. The connecting member includes a head unit (11) on one side and a screw unit (12) on the other side. The connecting member is a coupling screw (10) connecting via coupling. Several rows of ring-shaped grooves (13) around a screw shaft center are formed on a seat surface (11b) of the head unit. A head member of the head unit has a diameter larger than that of the screw unit which is inserted into an insertion groove of the first unit. |
