PURPOSE: Oxadiazole derivatives suppresses the secretion of a mast cell inducing the allergy at a low concentration and shows excellent anti-allergic effect in an allergy animal model, and thereby can be used in therapeutic medical supplies, cosmetics or food for preventing, improving, or treating allergic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 is provided. A method for manufacturing the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 comprises the step of reacting a compound in Chemical Formula 3 with a compound in Chemical Formula 4. The reaction is performed under at least one dehydrating agent selected from a group consisting of phosphoryl chloride (POCl 3), chlorosulfonic acid, sulfuryl chloride, phosphorus pentoxide, p-toluenesulfonic acid, tosyl chloride, phospohrus oxychloride, thionyl chloride, zinc chloride, organic acid anhydride, phosphorus pentachloride, sulfuric acid and carbodimide. The composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases includes the compound or pharmaceutically allowable salt thereof.
