PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory device, an operating method thereof, and an electronic device including the same generate a reset pulse by using a set pulse during a set data and reset data concurrent program operation. CONSTITUTION: A set pulse generator (65-1) generates a set pulse. A reset pulse generator (65-4) generates a reset pulse based on the set pulse. A write driver block writes second data in a second non-volatile memory using the reset pulse while the first data is written in a first non-volatile memory using the set pulse.
