PURPOSE: An environment friendly elastomer is provided to have mechanical properties similar with a crosslinked elastomer combined with a covalent bond, and to able to be recycled because the elastomer is dissociated at high temperature and re-combined at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An environment friendly elastomer is that 0.3-20 parts by weight of an acrylic monomer is grafted to 100.0 parts by weight of elastic rubber comprising a double bond in the molecule. The elastic rubber is one or more selected from butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, butyl rubber, and acrylic rubber, or a mixture thereof. The acrylic monomer comprises a salt structure of onium ssalt, quaternary ammonium salt, or ammonium sulfonate inner salt in the main chain. |
