FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pellet powder for small arms. The charge is intended to be placed in an encapsulated shell with a bullet, and is made from pellet powder elements consisting of nitrocellulose with nitrogen oxide content 213.0-214.5 ml NO/g and 20-30 wt % recyclable non-phlegmatised wastes from preceding operations, 11.5-14.5 wt % nitroglycerine, 10-30 wt % hexogene, 0.5-1.0 wt % diphenylamine, 0.2-0.4 wt % centralite II, with packed density of the powder elements of 0.950-0.995 kg/dm, surface-phlegmatised with respect to mass of powder by centralite I and dinitrotoluene, surface-graphitised content of ethyl acetate of 0.1-0.9 wt % and moisture 0.2-0.9 wt %, with the following weight ratio of fractions, %: 0.63-0.4 mm not less than 75; 0.4-0.315 mm not more than 20; the sum of the coarse fraction remaining on a 0.63 sieve and the fine fraction passing through sieve 0.315 and remaining on sieve 0.16 mm - not more than 5.EFFECT: invention provides the required ballistic properties in a 7,62 automatic rifle cartridge, including high bullet flight speed while maintaining pressure of powder gases in the barrel within a given range.1 tbl, 5 ex |
