FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology, as well as to maxillofacial and plastic surgery and is intended for diagnosing type of cicatrisation of eyelids and periorbital region after traumatic and aceptic injury of eyelids and periorbital region. Ultrasound examination of zone under interest is carried out. If eyelid thickness is more than 0.5 cm, acoustic density of skin is 90 and more conv.units, acoustic density of soft tissues is more than 41 conv.units, keloid scar is diagnosed. If thickness is less than 0.45 cm, acoustic density of skin is 45-75 conv.units, acoustic density of soft tissues is lower than 35 conv.units, normotrophic scar is diagnosed. If thickness is 0.45-0.5 cm, acoustic density of skin is 41-70 conv.units, acoustic density of soft tissues is less than 40 conv.units, hypertrophic scar is diagnosed. If thickness is less than 0.45 cm, value of acoustic density of skin is 71-89 conv.units, acoustic density of soft tissues is 41 and more conv.units, atrophic scar is diagnosed.EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out diagnostics of type of scars of eyelids and periorbital region for selection of timely and adequate treatment tactics.4 ex |
