FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: actuator of device for control of process parameters of fluid media includes the following: housing containing the first component and the second component, diaphragm containing external radial part and internal radial part. External radial part of diaphragm is arranged between the first and the second housing components, and internal radial part has circular hole and collar located in circumferential direction of hole, stock connected operatively to diaphragm for control of control device of process parameters of fluid media and assembly of plates, which connects stock and diaphragm, includes the first and the second plates applying compressive load to internal radial part of diaphragm and to collar, and forms stock contact line so that seal impermeable to fluid medium is provided between assembly of plates and stock. Parts of collar are compressed between external radial parts of plates to the same thickness as the rest diaphragm.EFFECT: improvement of diaphragm.25 cl, 7 dwg |
