The plate has electric connection units (22A, 22B) to connect brushes (16, 17) to power supply terminals (20+, 20-). An induction coil (34) is extended between ends (34A, 34B) connected to primary and secondary conducting units (24A, 24B). A fusible conducting element (36) is arranged between one of the ends and the primary/secondary conducting unit to authorize and interrupt the passage of current between the coil and the primary/secondary conducting unit when temperature of the fusible conducting element is lower than a threshold and greater than/equal to the threshold, respectively.
