<p>The method involves projecting light on a sample by an achromatic optical projection apparatus, where the he sample comprises a rebroadcasting and retransmitting source for retransmitting the light source. Two different light distributions are propagated with same optical path. The re-emitted light is detected by a re-emitting source of the sample. An optical image is generated from the detected light using an optical image analysis algorithm to obtain location information of the re-emitting source. An independent claim is also included for an optical device for determine spatial distribution or temporal space of a sample.</p> |
