摘要 PURPOSE: A graphene-based vanadium dioxide (VO_2) laminate for a smart window is provided to improve light transmittance rate and decrease a phase transition temperature of VO_2 by using a graphene layer as a base of a vanadium dioxide layer. CONSTITUTION: A graphene-based vanadium dioxide (VO_2) laminate (100) for a smart window comprises a graphene layer (110) having at least one layer; a VO_2 layer (120) formed on the graphene layer; and a functional layer (130) that is formed as one or more layers on at least one surface of the VO_2 layer. The functional layer includes at least one of fluorine tin oxide (FTO), low radiation glass, low-e glass, SnO_2, ZnO, CeO_2, and TiO_2. The functional layer is a thermal exfoliation tape, photo resist, a water-soluble polyurethane resin, a water-soluble epoxy resin, a water-soluble acryl resin, a water-soluble natural polymer resin, a water-based adhesive, an alcohol separation tape, a vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive, a hotmelt adhesive, a visible light curable adhesive, an infrared ray curable adhesive, an electronic beam curable adhesive, a polybenizimidazole (PBI) adhesive, a polyimide adhesive, a silicon adhesive, an imide adhesive, a bismaleimide (BMI) adhesive, a metamorphose epoxy resin, glue, a polyvinylalcohol (PVB) tape, or a general adhesive tape.
