PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environment friendly solid snow melting agent is provided to be able to manufacture an inexpensive environment friendly solid snow melting agent which has an excellent corrosion resistance of metallic or concrete structures, a good dispersibility, and an excellent snow removing workability, and is able to be uniformly scattered. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment friendly solid snow melting agent comprises a step of manufacturing a liquid snow melting composition by inputting 10-40 weight% of calcium chloride, 10-40 weight% of magnesium chloride, 1-10 weight% of gluconic acid salt, 1-10 weight% of nitrite salt of sodium nitrite or potassium nitride, and 5-30 weight% of water in a mixer, and mixing the materials; and a step of maintaining the moisture content to 1-2 weight% by drying the liquid snow melting composition with hot air at 100-130deg.C. The gluconic acid salt is at least one selected from sodium gloconate, potassium gluconate and calcium gluconate. |
