PURPOSE: An old share open trading system of unlisted companies using a social network and a method thereof are provided to perform quick and accurate trading by activating a sellable indication to only old share possessors only when a request of investors for taking old shares is received. CONSTITUTION: An old share open trading system of unlisted companies using a social network includes a server system (10), a startup registration unit (100), an investor registration unit (150), a milestone management unit (200), an SNS registration unit (300), an SNS display unit (400), and an old share open trading management unit (500). The server system registers and stores personal information of investors and state information of startup companies by using wired/wireless communication networks. The startup registration unit inputs and stores the state information by accessing the server system to enable investors to confirm the state information. The investor registration unit receives personal information of investors trading stocks of the startup companies to store and manage it through the old share open trading system. The milestone management unit sets various goals, notifies achievement of a milestone to the investors every time a set goal is achieved, and displays an achievement degree of the milestone.
