PURPOSE: A shelf device of a hardwood charcoal smoking-far infrared ray oven is provided to increase the utility of an oven by combining a heating and smoking function of dressed meat, which is placed on a grill by the oven, with a heating and temperature-raising function of food by using the shelf device. CONSTITUTION: A shelf device of a hardwood charcoal smoking-far infrared ray oven includes a left and right bracket (4) and a rotary shaft (2). The left and right bracket has a slide groove (5) with multiple vertical stages which is provided on the upper end, and a support hole (6) which is formed on the middle part. The rotary shaft is inserted in the support hole, and has the bracket which is vertically suspended for holding grooves to be mutually faced on the left and the right side of the rotary shaft. A rod weight (7) which has a fixed weight to maintain the bracket to be in a vertical state is equipped on the lower side of the support hole. A shelf device of a hardwood charcoal smoking-far infrared ray oven heats or raises the temperature of food by using a shelf (K) which is held in the holding grooves of the left and the right brackets. |
