摘要

PURPOSE: An organic thin film solar cell using a transparent film with a textured surface is provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by including the textured surface. CONSTITUTION: A textured film (105) is formed on a substrate and includes an uneven surface. The uneven surface increases a light moving distance in a photoactive layer. A reflective electrode includes silver and reflects incident light.
