PURPOSE: A pinch roll device is provided to obtain a laterally different load of a strip as the transformation body of a pinch roll part is vertically transformed by an external force. CONSTITUTION: A pinch roll device(1) comprises a pair of pinch roll parts(10), a pressing part(20), and a support part(30). The pair of pinch roll parts faces each other to pass strips. The pressing part controls the pressing force against the pinch roll parts according to tensile deviation of the strips. The support part rotationally couples the pinch roll parts and supports the pressing part. |
