PURPOSE: A cow feed composition for improving meat quality is provided to maximize the content of concentrated feed, and to minimize the content of coarse feed. CONSTITUTION: A cow feed composition for improving meat quality contains 10-30 wt% of coarse feed, 60-85 wt% of concentrated feed, and 1-10 wt% of additives. The coarse feed includes 100 parts by weight of annual rye, 20-40 pw of tall fescue, 20-40 parts by weight of mixed hay, 20-50 parts by weight of alfalfa bale, 80-100 parts by weight of corn silage, and 20-30 parts by weight of soybean hull. The concentrated feed includes 100 parts by weight of basis mixed feed, 5-20 parts by weight of rice bran, 30-50 parts by weight of corn gluten feed, 30-50 parts by weight of bean curd cake, 50-90 parts by weight of pineapple, and other materials. The additive is selected from 40-70 parts by weight of limestone, 60-110 parts by weight of probiotics, 1-10 parts by weight of sulfur, 1-5 parts by weight of salt, and 1-5 parts by weight of vitamins for 100 parts by weight of elvan. |
