The device has a black plate (5) or lacquer for absorbing maximum sunlight. A belt conveyer (1) is placed under the black plate, where heat recovered by the plate is used for drying products. An insulation system includes a glass plate (73) or green house placed at the top of the black plate and thermal insulation walls (6). A condensate evacuation system includes an inclined sheet and a recovery channel placed outside of a confined space (4). A suction system includes vacuum fans and pipes for evacuating the air below the black plate.
