PURPOSE: A producing apparatus for thick beef bone soup capable of easily installing in a narrow space is provided to decompose and emulsify fat inside the bone soup using micro bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for thick beef bone soup comprises the following: a tank(11) for storing beef bones and water; a combustion chamber(31) for heating the tank; a lid(23) sealing the tank in the high pressure; an edible water inlet pipe(32) for inflowing edible water through the upper side of the tank; a heating plate(19) installed on a gas burner(17) located under the bottom of the tank; a bubble generator(12) generating micro bubbles; a mesh net(14) mounted on the bubble generator; two supporters(13) with an air-binding hole(16) on one supporter, installed on the edge of the bubble generator; and an air insertion pipe(15) installed on the outside of the tank. |
