PURPOSE: A paint composition for rubber surface processing is provided to enhance abrasion resistance and anti-slip property without second curing at low temperature or room temperature due to a reaction between silane and curing silicon. CONSTITUTION: A paint composition includes polyurethane and polyisocyanate as curing agents, polytetrafluroethylene and polyethylene as wax or powder. The average particle size of wax or powder is 4-25 microns. The paint composition does not include curing type or non-curing type silicone resin and silicone oil. The sum total of polyethylene and fluoride ethylene is within a range of 4-9 parts by weight. 30-40wt% of polyurethane is included based on the total composition. The polyurethane includes 18-21 parts by weight of polyol based on 13-18 parts by weight of isocyanate. |
