The tank state optical sensor measuring part and data measuring part measure the leakage and sloshing data of tanks in an offshore structure in real-time. The external equipment connecting part simultaneously samples the tank state optical sensor measuring part and data measuring part and matches the sampled data. The time information synchronizing and connecting part synchronizes the measured data using a GPS/Gyro/Sonar module (510).
