PURPOSE: A system for treating and heating water with the change of the magnetic field is provided to prevent scale formation through a polarization process by applying a magnetic field to water, a diamagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating and heating water comprises: a pair of first reaction baths (10,15) arranged to face each other; a first magnetization means(20); a second magnetization means(30); a rotating means for rotating the first magnetization means; an inlet pipe(50); an outlet line(60); a casing(70). The first magnetization means is arranged between a pair of first reaction baths. The second magnetization means is prepared outside first reaction baths. |
