PURPOSE: A T-shaped composition unit girder with an I-shaped concrete filled girder and a bottom plate integrally coupled and a precast bottom plate construction method using the same are provided to deliver a product, which is manufactured in a factory by a pre-casting method, to the site and then assemble the product, thereby emergency-recovering or temporary installing the bridge that is damaged and washed away by the natural disaster. CONSTITUTION: A T-shaped composition unit girder with an I-shaped concrete filled girder and a bottom plate integrally coupled includes an I-shaped steel girder portion (10), a shear connector (40), a cover plate (50), a central plate (20), and a bottom slab portion (30). A pair of I-shaped steels includes the one end portions of lower flanges forming an abutment joint welding portion (50), and has a space (8) which has the close lower portion and the open upper porting so that the one portion of the space becomes a concrete filling portion. The concrete is poured in the concrete filled portion of the I-shaped steel girder portion and the bottom slab portion to be integrated.
