PURPOSE: A control method of an electronic parking brake system is provided to halt the operation of a parking brake in case a counter value exceeds set value. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an electronic parking brake system comprises following steps. Whether the operation and the release of a parking brake are selected or not is determined(100). A counter value is multiplied in case the operation and the release of the parking brake are selected(110). In the counter value exceeds the set value(120), the operation of the parking brake is stopped(130). In case the operation and the release of the parking brake are not selected during fixed time(150), the counter value is reduced(160). |
