The fuel assembly comprises a bag (2) filled with a homogeneous mixture of 20-25 vol.% of ignition material (4) and 75-80 vol.% of charcoal (3). The ignition material includes broken woods whose surface has wood fibers. The broken woods come from resinous petrol wood. The broken woods have a length of 2-8 cm and thickness of 5 mm to 1 cm. The bag includes a kraft paper. The paper comprises a plastic layer on its interior face making it watertight. A water content in the bag is maintained at 12-15%. The closing of the bag is carried out by hot welding of the plastic layer.
