METHOD FOR EVALUATING MIXING PERFORMANCE OF AGITATOR

PURPOSE: An mixing performance evaluation method of a mixer is provided to facilitate the measurement and evaluation of the actual performance of the mixer by easily measuring and producing a required power, which is input into the mixer, and an mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS) value inside a tank. CONSTITUTION: An mixing performance evaluation method of a mixer (100) is as follows. The mixer is operated, and the inside of a tank (150) is premixed. Floating materials inside the tank are left until the floating materials are stabilized. A mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS) value and a required power for the mixer are measured at different heights and locations inside the tank, after the mixer is operated again and a predetermined time passes. The mean value of MLSS is divided into the power consumption, and the stirring performance of the mixer is measured. The mixing performance of the mixer is measured by dividing an average value of the measured MLSS values by the required power.
