PURPOSE: A desalination system for recirculated water of a cooling/heating apparatus using brackish water is provided to use brackish underground water as a water heater or a heat source for a cooling/heating apparatus such as a heat exchanger and a heat pump and to recirculate brackish underground water passed from a heat exchanger into the desalination system instead of discharging the water underground or to the sea. CONSTITUTION: A desalination system for recirculated water of a cooling/heating apparatus comprises a heat exchanger (10), a heat pump system (20), and a processing part for desalination (30). The heat exchanger exchanges the heat of brackish underground water. The processing part for desalination desalinates the brackish underground water exchanging heat from the heat exchanger so that the brackish underground water used as a heat source to exchange heat from the heat exchanger can be reused as a drinking water source instead of being discharged underground or to the sea. The processing part for desalination includes a cartridge filter; a mixed bed ion exchange resin column filled with the mixture of cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin; a reverse osmosis membrane; and a filter. The mixed bed ion exchange resin column removes cation and anion contaminant from the brackish underground water firstly filtered by the cartridge filter and decreases the concentration of boron. The filter placed between the cartridge filter and the mixed bed ion exchange resin column filters a large quantity of particulates contained in the brackish underground water exchanging heat from the heat exchanger.
