METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CARRIER FREE EVA SHEET

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an EVA sheet saves manufacturing costs by omitting a separation process and has excellent effect to reduce cycle time and bubble-removing effect during modulation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an EVA sheet comprises a step of preparing a heat-sealing resin powder (100) including an ethylene-based resin; a step of distributing the heat-sealing resin powder on a circulation belt (60); a step of forming an EVA sheet by curing the heat-sealing resin powder which is scattered by heating onto the circulation belt; and a step of separating the EVA sheet from the circulation belt and winding the EVA sheet. The circulation belt has a surface with a constant surface roughness without a joint.
