The control terminal receives the Internet traffic of a subscriber line from a network (S310) and check game starting commands on the subscriber line if a user is underage (S330). The control terminal notifies the termination of service hours for the online game when the game hours are close to the daily time limit with the existence of the game starting command. The control terminal disconnects the subscriber line from the online game when the game hours are identical with the time limit (S350).
