PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high discharge stability of ink refilled even immediately after an ink supply path is cleaned.SOLUTION: A cleaning method of an ink supply path in a recording apparatus where ink is supplied from an ink cartridge includes: a first cleaning step of supplying gas-liquid mixture of a cleaning liquid A having an ink cleaning action and gas, to the ink supply path for cleaning it; and a second cleaning step of supplying a cleaning liquid B having an air bubble suppressing action, to the ink supply path for cleaning it, after the first cleaning step. |
