PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure manufacturing method and a laminate structure, which can manufacture a laminate structure including a graphene film by transferring a graphene film on an intended substrate, and which can significantly reduce a haze value when used as a transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: A laminate structure manufacturing method comprises: bonding one or a plurality of layers of graphene films 12 which are formed on a first substrate 11 with a second substrate 14 by an adhesive resin layer 13; bonding the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 14 tightly by applying pressure to the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 14 to reduce a thickness of the resin layer 13; removing the first substrate 11 after hardening the resin layer 13; and forming a transparent layer 15 on the graphene film 12.
