PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell module in which electric insulation of a peripheral part is secured.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar cell module comprises the steps of: laminating a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode in this order on a first surface of a substrate; and exposing a peripheral part of the substrate from the first electrode, the photoelectric conversion layer, and the second electrode by irradiating the peripheral part with a laser beam. The laser beam irradiation step irradiates the substrate with the laser beam from a second surface side of the substrate located on the side opposite to the first surface of the substrate to the peripheral part of the second surface of the substrate so that the laser beam is focused inside the substrate. |
