PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute a batteryless travel of a hybrid vehicle according to a state of an electric power storage device, even if a communication abnormality is occurred in a control system of a power train.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle 10 includes: a battery ECU 40 to manage a state value of an electric power storage device 10; an HV-ECU 50 to control on-off of a system main relay SMR and a PCU 20; an a communication line 70 that enables the immediate communication between a battery ECU 40 and an HV-ECU 50; and a communication line 80 that enables communication between a plurality of ECUs. The battery ECU 40, when an abnormality is caused in the communication line 70, transmits a starting permission signal to permit starting the engine 4 generated based on the state value of the electric power storage device 10 to the HV-ECU 80 by using the communication line 80. |
