PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable adhesive composition that can adhere to a polarizer in sufficiently high strength in a short time even in the case of using a protective film consisting of a resin film of low moisture permeability selected from a polyester resin, polycarbonate resin and acrylic resin, and to provide a polarizing plate with a polarizer laminated with such a protective film using the adhesive.SOLUTION: When a protective film consisting of the low-moisture-permeable resin film is bonded to a polarizer composed of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin film, a photocurable adhesive composition is used which comprises: (A) an epoxy compound having in the molecule at least two epoxy groups; (B) an oxetane compound having in the molecule at least one oxetanyl group; (C) a photocationic polymerization initiator; and (F) a methyl methacrylate polymer with a glass transition temperature of 70°C or higher, wherein the weight ratio of the epoxy compound (A) to the oxetane compound (B) is 90/10 to 10/90, and the content of the photocationic polymerization initiator (C) is 0.5-20 wt.% in this composition.
