In order to prevent quality degradation and to improve impact resistance, this illumination module (1) comprises: a light guide plate (2) that guides light emitted from an LED (4); a pair of light-guide-plate holding parts (5a, 5b) that can sandwich and hold the light guide plate (2) and that are provided as separate members; and screws (8) that define the relative positional relationship between the pair of light-guide-plate holding parts (5a, 5b).
