PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust transmission power from a terminal.SOLUTION: A base station device comprises a receiving unit, a predicting unit, a calculating unit, an allocating unit, and a transmitting unit. The receiving unit receives a communication request including a data amount of transmission data held by a terminal. The predicting unit obtains the predicted number of transmission frames used for transmission of data by use of the data amount and a predicted amount of band allocated to the terminal. The calculating unit obtains the difference between a target value of reception quality of data received from the terminal and a measured value of reception quality of data received from the terminal, and calculates the number of adjustment times, i.e. the number of times of requesting adjustment of transmission power to the terminal if the difference is adjusted within a threshold value. The allocating unit makes the amount of band allocated to the terminal small so that the transmission data will be transmitted by the same number of frames as the number of adjustment times if the predicted number is smaller than the number of adjustment times. The transmitting unit transmits information on the band allocated to the terminal and an adjustment request of transmission power to the terminal before the terminal transmits a frame. |
