PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and properly acquire measurement values for each of patches in measuring a chart image with the patches arranged in a two-dimensional manner at one time.SOLUTION: A chart image 7 with reference marks 71 put at four corners is output from an output device. The reference marks 71 at the four corners are detected on the basis of two-dimensional measurement data obtained by measuring the chart image 7 at one time by means of a two-dimensional measurement unit. The number of patches configuring the chart image is acquired from a color bar included in the reference marks 71 while considering an inclination during measurement based on the positions of the detected reference marks 71. The positions of the patches are calculated on the basis of the number of patches, thereby properly acquiring the measurement value. |
