PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making a dandy roll for watermarks for producing paper having watermarks by a paper machine.SOLUTION: An apparatus 11 for making a dandy roll having concavoconvex parts for forming watermarks on a paper machine, includes: a plurality of rolls for circumferentially stretching a wire net of the dandy roll; an optically transparent film installation part 23 for installing a film of an original image for forming concavoconvex parts; an ultraviolet irradiation part 14 installed below the film installation part; a photosensitive liquid tank 15 installed above the film installation part; a photosensitive resin thickness-adjusting part 16 set around the photosensitive liquid tank; a press part 17 set on the photosensitive resin thickness-adjusting part; and a control part for performing adjustment of an irradiation amount of the ultraviolet irradiation part, adjustment of tension force of the wire net by positional movement of a movable roll 12, and positioning of the wire net by circulation of the wire net to a predetermined position by rotation of a drive roll. |
