The brake support (1) has rolling elements (5.1) rolled between inner bearing ring (2) and outer bearing ring (3). An anchor plate (8.1) is pressed against printing plate (8.7). The relative movement of bearing rings is released to each other by sliding anchor plate under action of electromagnet (8.5). The joining combinations of guide pin (8.3) and hole (8.8) are designed as positioning fit and clearance fit. The damping element is located between guide pin and hole. The positioning fit is always greater than the clearance fit.
