The charging device (1) has a bearing housing (6) that includes roller bearing (5) to connect turbine wheel (2) and compressor (3) with supporting shaft (4). The roller bearing is made to contact with housing through outer sleeve (7). A bearing cover (8) is formed on compressor side of housing. The outer sleeve and the bearing cover are rotatably fixed to one another through connector. The cover and/or the sleeve are formed from plastic materials such as polyether ether ketone, PTFE, polyamide, acetal, amorphous thermoplastic polyetherimide, polyamide-imide, and polybenzimidazole.
