PURPOSE: Stock for rice noodles without the bad smell of meat using medical herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the savory taste of the stock to the rice noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of stock for rice noodles without the bad smell of meat using medical herbs comprises the following steps: crushing medical herbs, and sealing with a stock cloth to obtain a stock pack; boiling meat in water inside a stock container; and inserting the stock pack, onion, ginger, sugar, spring onion, Lentinula edodes, or salt into the stock container, and boiling the mixture. 4-10 parts of meat by weight are used for producing 100 parts of stock by weight. The medical herbs are selected from the group consisting of cinnamon, Illicium verum, anise, bay leaves, Myristica fragrans, Glycyrrhizae radix, citrus peel, turmeric, and other ingredients. |
