PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnification direction from being changed due to deterioration with the passage of time.SOLUTION: A thin film-like magnetic material 1B includes a thin film 10 made of aluminum and a porous alumina film 20 made of aluminium oxide, and the porous alumina film 20 is formed like a film on the side opposite to the under surface of the thin film 10. The porous alumina film 20 comprises a great number of micropores 21 each formed slenderly in the direction perpendicular to the surface direction thereof. A great number of nanowires 30 each formed slenderly in the perpendicular direction are molded in a great number of the micropores 21. A great number of the nanowires 30 are formed so as to be magnetized perpendicularly by shape magnetic anisotropy. Accordingly, if a great number of the nanowires 30 are each magnetized, they can be magnetized in the direction perpendicular to the surface direction as the thin film-like magnetic material 1B. |
