PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure unit which hardly causes not only horizontal but also vertical displacement of a structure comprising a plurality of wall members connected together via a connecting fitting, which has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and which can facilitate installation work and maintenance work.SOLUTION: A structure unit of the present invention includes: a plurality of outer frame members 1 which are arranged in a rectangular shape in a plan view and which form a peripheral wall; a plurality of inner frame members 2 which are arranged in a cross shape in a plan view on the inside of the peripheral wall and which form a partition wall; connecting members 3 and 4 which are provided astride the peripheral wall and the partition wall; and a corner connecting fitting 5 and an intermediate-portion connecting fitting 8, which connect the peripheral wall and the partition wall.
