摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation monitoring system which minimizes radiation exposure to workers in field work and offers improved reliability and easier maintenance work.SOLUTION: When calibrating a radiation measurement device 1a, a radiation detector 11 and a measurement unit 15 moved into a calibration room are connected to a calibration device 2. The calibration device 2 stores an initial system gain initial value SGin and a measurement range initial value Ain, which are set in the radiation detector 11 on the basis of an index peak value produced by radiation from an index radiation source 210, as a calibration condition. When checking the radiation measurement device 1a, a monitoring device 3 automatically diagnoses whether or not a system gain SG1 and a measurement range CHa1, set by the radiation measurement device 1a on the basis of a check radiation source peak value produced by a check radiation source 141, are within tolerances based on the system gain initial value SGin and the measurement range initial value Ain, respectively.
