摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device for an electric supercharger which effectively performs overheat protection of the electric supercharger.SOLUTION: A control device for an electric supercharger comprises a rotation speed detection means 15 for obtaining a rotation speed detected value of an electric motor 2, a rotation speed command calculating means 14 for calculating a rotation speed command value of the electric motor 2, an electric motor control amount calculating means 18 for calculating a control amount of the electric motor 2 based on the rotation speed detected value and the rotation speed command value, an electric power conversion part temperature detection means 21 for detecting a temperature of an electric power conversion device 19 for converting a direct current into an alternating current for supplying the same to the electric motor 2, and an overheat protection coefficient calculating means 22 for outputting a heating protection coefficient value based on the electric power conversion part temperature detected by the electric power conversion part temperature detection means 21. The rotation speed command calculating means 14 comprises a rotation speed target calculating means 14a for calculating a rotation speed target value based on a throttle position value, and an overheat limiting means 14b for calculating the rotation speed command value based on the overheat protection coefficient value and the rotation speed target value.
