In the present invention, a user easily uses a desired application. This wireless communication device performs inter-apparatus wireless communication with another wireless communication apparatus according to Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) Direct specifications. Also, the wireless communication device is equipped with a reception unit. Here, the reception unit receives an action frame that is stipulated in the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 specifications and that contains information pertaining to the role of the wireless communication device. |
