Disclosed is an electrode material. The electrode material is easy for electron injection and does not react with a contact substance. The structure of the electrode material comprises a conductive compound substrate, and an oxide electron emission layer covering a surface of the compound substrate. The oxide electron emission layer of the present invention can be tightly combined with the compound substrate serving as an emission matrix, and has a low work function and high chemical stability. |
