<p>(57) The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended for the infinitely variable and automatically adjustable changing of the transmission ratio between an engine and a mover, for the smooth starting of preloaded machines, with a reverse. The variable-speed drive (figure 1) consists of two conical gear shafts (9; 1.5) fitted, at the external ends, on bearings in a housing (13), with the points towards the interior. The angles of inclination of the gear-shaft teeth of the 1st and 2nd rows are differently directed relative to the axes thereof. An output shaft (12) on which sprockets of a direct-drive clutch (11) and of a reversing clutch (2) are rigidly fitted passes along the axis of the gear shafts, via bearings, said sprockets being activated by means of a direct-drive clutch (3) and a reversing clutch (10), which have a normal running fit on splines of the corresponding gear shafts. Planetary gears (4, 7) fitted on radial thrust bearings in planetary-gear trains (8) enter into engagement with the gear shafts. The planetary-gear trains have a normal running fit in grooves in a sun wheel (5), said grooves being formed in such a manner that, during movement of the train along the surface of the gear shafts, the angles of inclination of the teeth of the gear shafts and planetary gears correspond. The planetary-gear trains are connected by hinged tie rods, in order to synchronize the movement thereof along the gear shafts. The planetary gears are interconnected by shafts with constant velocity joints (14).</p> |
